I haven’t posted a blog lately. Been just a little busy. I too have Pokemon Go fever. I’ve been obsessed trying to level up. Since downloading the game two weeks ago, I’ve collected 89 Pokemon. But that dang Ponyata keeps getting away. He’s one of the rare Pokemon Go characters I have to catch.
My number one goal before the end of summer is to collect all 250 Pokemon. That’s part of the reason I haven’t been at work for three days. All HR knows is I have a fever. I didn’t mention it’s Pokemon Go Fever. These battles I’ve been getting into have been fierce to say the least. Whew! EXHAUSTING!
The last time I was at work, I took the company car out for lunch.
Fun fact: if you drive slow enough you can hatch eggs and open up new Poke Stops.
That means more Poke Balls which means I can catch more of those little monsters. Two hours later I was sitting pretty, snagging a Bulbasaur, Paras and Venonat. But next time I’ll have to remember my phone charger.
And, I’m still working on a reason why that dent is on the front fender.
Now if you’ll excuse me, it’s time to get my new Pichu socks out of the laundry and hit the park for more Pokemon hunting. Ponyata, I’m coming for you bro!
That project at work that was due two days ago? Well, here’s to hoping the boss won’t catch on to my obsession. She sent me a “Get Well Soon” text yesterday. Boy, this fever is taking FOREVER to break! (wink, wink).
