Brian D. Chapman, CEO of MBI Worldwide is currently scheduling speaking engagements for the Summer 2016 Human Resources Conference and Meeting Season.

With over 18 years experience in the employee background check industry, Brian has built MBI Worldwide, Inc. into a leading brand in the national employee screening circuit. He brings with him a dynamic personality, as well as incredible management experience and knowledge of safe hiring solutions and FCRA compliance guidelines.

Brian is often requested as an expert witness and has worked with Illinois legislators to create better legislation for private background screening.  Since early 2016, he has been actively involved with the Florida legislature, working to keep legislation from over burdening Human Resources and to allow better technology and better efficiencies in the hiring process.

Mr. Chapman has been invited to speak at Baylor University Hankamer School of Business in the Spring 2016.

His keynote speaking resume includes SHRM counsels in Missouri, Illinois and Florida.
